Together, we'll work on achieving balance in your routines, enhancing your nutritional choices, and resetting your relationship with time and energy. 1:1 Wellness Coaching

Transform your life with our personalized private coaching sessions designed specifically for women. In each 60-minute session, you'll receive tailored guidance that aligns with your unique goals and the current season of your life. Our practical, supportive approach is grounded in evidence-based wellness strategies, focusing on:

  • Burnout recovery & boundary-setting

  • Nutrition & women’s health

  • Time & energy management

  • Stress & emotional wellness

  • Substance use education & prevention

Whether you want to reset your routines or reclaim peace, you'll leave with valuable tools and trusted support.

 

Sessions are available for $200 each or $1440 for eight sessions.

Be Still Dinner

Host a  Be Still Dinner. A sacred evening dedicated to rest, connection, and nourishment with your closest friends or community.

 

This guided wellness experience invites you and your closest friends to step away from life's hustle and embrace meaningful conversations and gentle reflections. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated meal, along with reflection materials, light wellness coaching, and keepsakes.

 

For just  $900, you can host up to 10 guests and create a space for stillness and deep connection.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kenya Luse, a Certified Health Education Specialist with over a decade of experience helping women reconnect with their health, rhythms, and peace of mind. I’ve spent 15 years walking alongside women as they navigate burnout, boundaries, and the everyday weight of doing it all.

As the founder of The Still Collective Co., I created this space to help women pause and care for themselves from the inside out. Through 1:1 wellness coaching and soul-centered dinner gatherings, I offer practical tools, compassionate support.

My approach is simple: come as you are. We’ll work together to create realistic, meaningful changes that support your season, not just your schedule.

 

When I’m not coaching, I love hosting dinner parties, gardening, play golf, exploring new coffee shops and spending time with my fur babies Buzz and Woody.
